Description

You will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent for Brex's Operations teams, owning the full candidate experience and sourcing through various channels. This is a 12-month contract role with potential for full-time conversion, based in Salt Lake City with a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

• 1+ years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience
• Strong ability to build relationships with Operations hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of HR and employment practices
• Must be willing to work in office 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Thu)

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and build candidate pipelines
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and networking
• Own full candidate experience from sourcing to close
• Create talent maps to share market insights
• Interview candidates using structured interviews and behavioral questions
