💼 About This Role

You'll deliver the regulatory engagement strategy for Airwallex in Hong Kong, managing payment services, securities, and asset management compliance programs. You'll maintain licensing responsibilities and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure compliance. This role offers high visibility and impact in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage regulatory compliance for licence authorisation processes
• Act as primary contact with regulators (CE, SFC, HKMA)
• Advise on regulatory change initiatives and compliance risk
• Deliver compliance monitoring and training programs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 years compliance experience
• Familiarity with Hong Kong financial regulations (MSO, SFO, PSSVFO)
• Data proficiency for strategic decision-making
• Superior communication skills
