💼 About This Role

You'll own and drive the assigned portfolio for Ninja Mart Malaysia across commercial, operations, data, and finance streams. You'll act as a central orchestrator, aligning cross-functional teams toward shared business outcomes like revenue growth and process efficiency. This role operates as a startup within a scale-up, leveraging Ninja Van's logistics network and regional expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage the assigned portfolio roadmap across teams.
• Establish and run regular cross-functional cadences and syncs.
• Drive alignment on shared KPIs like operating margin and tool adoption.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in corporate account management, strategy & operations.
• FMCG or related industry experience.
• Cross-functional portfolio management with P&L impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
