💼 About This Role

You'll join the Cell Biology team to profile nucleic acid function in cells. You'll perform hands-on laboratory benchwork including cell culture and in vitro assays. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge gene therapy at a Flagship-backed startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Culture and maintain cell lines and primary cells
• Execute and analyze nucleic acid function assays
• Share experimental methods and data in oral and written formats
• Maintain rigorous electronic notebook records

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in Biology, Immunology, Virology, or related field
• Experience handling mammalian cells is required
• Familiarity with in vitro assays (flow cytometry, ELISA, microscopy, reporter assays)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team

• Experience with nucleic acid delivery methods (transfection, nucleofection, electroporation)
• Familiarity with Incucyte or confocal-based microscopy
