You'll join a cutting-edge aerospace and defense team to resolve production hardware issues and keep builds moving. You'll assess problems, coordinate corrective actions, and communicate plans to cross-functional teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve production and supplier issues, including troubleshooting and corrective actions
• Prepare and present change documentation for review boards
• Diagnose hardware failures using electronic test equipment and analysis tools
• Evaluate defects and yield data to drive process improvements
• Collaborate with suppliers, create Statements of Work

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing of complex circuit card assemblies
• Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in production engineering with electrical or mechanical hardware
• Background in electronic or electro-optical subsystem design
• Familiarity with electrical design, simulation, and measurement tools
