You'll own the performance, strategy, and growth of major multi-channel paid media accounts for a tech-enabled growth firm. You'll drive strategy and present recommendations with confidence, ensuring clients see real, sustained growth. This client-facing role puts you at the center of leading conversations and influencing outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end strategic oversight of paid media accounts
• Meet pacing KPI requirements and improve performance expectations
• Own paid media strategy, project ideation, and testing roadmaps
• Mentor a small team of Media Managers to develop their skills

📋 Requirements

• 6-10+ years of Paid Media experience
• Experience managing accounts with $100K-$1MM monthly budgets
• Experience driving paid media strategy across multiple channels
• Client relationship management experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with TikTok and other emerging platforms
• GA4 knowledge
• Team management experience
