Description

You will lead end-to-end procurement motions with a focus on SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and Professional Services. You'll analyze complex spend data to identify savings opportunities and process improvements, negotiate contracts with vendors, and partner with internal teams to ensure they have the tools they need without bureaucratic hurdles. You'll also manage the source-to-pay lifecycle using systems like ZIP and NetSuite.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally in high-growth tech or fast-paced consultancy
• Proficient with modern procurement tools like Coupa and Zip
• Able to explain payment terms (e.g., Net-30 vs Net-60) and co-termination strategy to various stakeholders
• Demonstrated 'get it done' attitude with a track record of achieving cost avoidance without burning vendor bridges
• Located in the Bay Area or willing to relocate within the United States

• Negotiate commercial and legal terms with vendors in partnership with Legal
• Act as trusted advisor to internal teams, ensuring they have necessary tools without bureaucracy
• Manage source-to-pay lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of internal systems (ZIP, NetSuite)
