You'll join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in renewable energy, owning the heat pump vertical to improve product experience and onboard customers. You'll drive revenue through cross-functional collaboration with Support, Product, and Engineering. This role offers exposure to strategic projects that directly scale our installer network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own heat pump vertical and improve product experience
• Onboard customers as a trusted product expert
• Identify expansion opportunities and prevent churn
• Execute strategic projects to scale installer network

📋 Requirements

• Resilient and passionate about customer success
• B2B SaaS account management experience
• C2 proficiency in German, French, or Italian
• Excellent communication in German and English
