💼 About This Role

You'll own revenue operations for an AI infrastructure company, building billing systems and customer coordination for usage-based GPU compute and RL training deployments. You'll be the connective tissue between Sales, Engineering, Finance, and customers, ensuring accurate billing and predictable forecasting. This role offers a front-row seat to building the infrastructure layer for open AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own revenue data model: pipeline, contracts, usage, credits, revenue recognition
  • Build and maintain billing infrastructure for usage-based and hybrid pricing
  • Monitor compute telemetry via Grafana to flag anomalies and translate to commercial impact
  • Serve as direct customer contact for billing, usage, SLA tracking, and operational issues

📋 Requirements

  • 4–7 years in Revenue, Sales, or Customer Operations at B2B infrastructure or AI companies
  • Comfort navigating Grafana, logs, and compute utilization metrics
  • Direct experience with usage-based or consumption-based billing and pricing
  • Strong ownership and ability to work directly with customers

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience at an AI infrastructure company, cloud provider, or compute marketplace
  • Familiarity with GPU economics, training job costing, or inference pricing
  • Experience as the first RevOps hire building the function from scratch
