You'll perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts, supervising and training a team of 2-5 in cookie sales and deliveries. You'll support the Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory, and scheduling while upholding company standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training
• Support store ops manager with ordering, inventory, scheduling

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
• Prior Point of Sale systems experience
• Ability to work a 4-5 day work week including mid-to-late shifts

• Experience with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Upselling and customer service excellence
