You'll lead strategic partnerships with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in the BFSI sector, driving revenue growth and P&L ownership. You'll act as a trusted advisor to GCC leaders, enabling AI-driven modernization and capability expansion. This role offers a dynamic growth opportunity in a fast-paced digital services company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own strategic relationships with GCC leadership.
• Develop joint GCC transformation roadmaps covering AI and modernization.
• Identify opportunities for capability expansion and drive P&L ownership.
• Ensure delivery governance and world-class customer experience.

📋 Requirements

• 12–20+ years in IT services or consulting as a Client Partner.
• Experience driving revenue growth for Fortune 1000 BFSI accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and executive stakeholder relationships.
