๐ผ About This Role
You'll be the strategic architect of Showpad's growth engine, owning the front-end of the revenue engine for new business, expansion, and partner motions. You'll define performance benchmarks and lead AI-driven interventions to optimize field sales. This is a product management style leadership role where your product is the sales motion itself.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and set performance benchmarks for land and expand motions
- Lead annual and semi-annual planning cycles for sales organizations
- Identify high-friction manual tasks and define AI agent requirements
- Perform deep-dives into territory health, partner attribution, and win/loss trends
- Run UAT pilot groups for new AI tools with AEs and xDRs
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM Strategy
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel/Google Sheets
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- Ability to design territory and quota models from scratch
