๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll be the strategic architect of Showpad's growth engine, owning the front-end of the revenue engine for new business, expansion, and partner motions. You'll define performance benchmarks and lead AI-driven interventions to optimize field sales. This is a product management style leadership role where your product is the sales motion itself.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define and set performance benchmarks for land and expand motions
  • Lead annual and semi-annual planning cycles for sales organizations
  • Identify high-friction manual tasks and define AI agent requirements
  • Perform deep-dives into territory health, partner attribution, and win/loss trends
  • Run UAT pilot groups for new AI tools with AEs and xDRs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM Strategy
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
  • Ability to design territory and quota models from scratch
