You'll provide home health physical therapy to help clients regain independence in Sierra Vista, AZ. You'll create treatment plans, perform assessments, and educate families. Enjoy flexible scheduling and a new-grad friendly environment with mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
• Document care using EMR system

📋 Requirements

• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
