Description

You will own and expand relationships across a select portfolio of critical enterprise customers, acting as a strategic advisor at the executive level. Your role involves driving long-term value, retention, and revenue expansion by aligning Kaseya's platform with customer business priorities and IT transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or customer success in SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT services
  • Proven success managing and growing large enterprise accounts ($5M–$10M+ book of business)
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives in matrixed organizations
  • Strong commercial acumen in negotiating complex contracts

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic advisor to C-level executives across key accounts
  • Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned to customer objectives
  • Identify and close complex expansion opportunities including cross-sell and upsell
  • Lead renewal strategy for high-value multi-year agreements
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews articulating ROI and strategic initiatives
