• Lead technical response for grounded assets, coordinating cross-team resources.
• Diagnose root causes using approved procedures and diagnostic tools.
• Work 24/7 shift operations with comprehensive handovers and on-call duties.
• Coordinate cross-team escalation and create work orders for maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, software, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations or maintenance of complex systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with systematic troubleshooting experience.
• Communication skills with ability to lead technical response under pressure.
