Description

You will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of power battery cell selection, structural materials, and product structure design. You'll handle schematic and detailed design of battery systems and modules, including 3D models and 2D drawings. You'll analyze issues from trial production and user feedback to propose improvements, and oversee sample development and testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrochemistry, vehicle engineering, mechatronics, or related field
• 3+ years experience in power battery pack structure design
• Proficient in GD&T, dimension chain analysis, and independent pack system design
• Skilled in Solidworks, CATIA, UG or similar design software
• Able to read and write in English

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate power battery cell selection, structural materials, and product structure design
• Schematic and detailed design of power battery pack systems and modules (3D/2D)
• Ensure safety and reliability design of battery pack systems and modules
• Analyze trial production, mass production, and user feedback issues for improvements
• Oversee sample sending, processing progress, and testing/validation of pack systems
