Requirements

• Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to follow instructions and problem-solve

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and offer beverage
• Check patients in/out and manage schedule
• Conduct confirmation calls and prepare patient charts
• Process payments and print daily reports
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness
