💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a senior operator and ERISA expert guiding plan sponsors through design, onboarding, and compliance. Your work directly reduces wealth inequality by unlocking market ownership. You'll shape how plan consulting works at a modern recordkeeper while partnering with engineering on automation opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Consult on plan design and compliance testing
• Onboard new plans and translate sponsor intent
• Handle year-end compliance and corrections
• Partner with engineering on product automation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of ERISA operational experience at TPA or recordkeeper
• Experience running year-end compliance for a book of plans
• Technical knowledge of correction methods and coverage testing

✨ Nice to Have

• QKA, QPA, CPC or ERPA credential
• Experience with SECURE 2.0 regulations
