Description

As a Command Center Specialist, you will monitor data center dashboards, incidents, and changes, documenting and communicating impactful events to clients and leadership. You'll support incident management, surveillance, and emergency response, ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Associate degree or 3+ years of Data Center support experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong Windows OS and IT troubleshooting skills (network, platform, storage).
• Experience with IP Cameras and Access Control.
• Preferred: experience with Genetec, Confluence, Jira, Slack, Zabbix, Sigma, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards, incidents, changes, and communicate impactful events to clients and leadership.
• Support incidents, changes, and service requests within the data center space in a timely manner.
• Document major incidents and notify recovery teams.
• Prepare and present situational reports and briefing materials.
• Coordinate physical access control and surveillance; respond to security issues.
