💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business by acquiring SMB logos in the French market, collaborating with SDRs and partnership managers. Your core impact is managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, achieving quarterly and annual targets. This role offers high autonomy in a fast-growing scale-up with uncapped commissions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and implement a sectoral development strategy with your SDRs
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase Agicap's value
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience including closing, preferably SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and intellectual curiosity

  • Experience in finance/audit/consulting/TS
  • Top business or engineering school background
  • Ambition to exceed objectives
