You'll manage day-to-day operations at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall, ensuring all event needs are met from contract fulfillment to artist hospitality. You'll also oversee venue improvements and lead the operations team to create a safe, friendly environment.   • Manage project logistics for concert events
  • Oversee backstage area and artist hospitality
  • Supervise staff schedules, hiring, and performance
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and procure supplies

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Management or related field
  • 4-6 years of related work experience
  • Event operations experience including private and concert events
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
