Description

You will work on either the Discovery team, building the intelligence layer that transforms fragmented data into structured knowledge about startups and investors, or the Flow team, building a deal management system integrated with a knowledge graph. You'll use a 70/30 backend-leaning full-stack approach to ship high-quality features, turning ambiguity into clarity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality products
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and build scalable systems from first principles
• Experience with frontend and backend system design and observability
• Interest in venture capital and startup ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a large-scale data ingestion pipeline for the Discovery team
• Develop full-stack search and research experiences for startup discovery
• Create an agentic research system for natural language and structured queries
• Build the Flow deal management system on top of a knowledge graph
• Manage deals, track companies, and enable collaboration within the platform
