๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of Syndigo's Mid-Market and SMB customers, focusing on Ratings and Reviews. You'll drive product adoption, retention, and expansion by acting as a trusted advisor. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in our Chicago office.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end success of assigned accounts following implementation
- Lead structured performance reviews including QBRs
- Drive deep product adoption across customer teams
- Identify expansion opportunities through value discovery
๐ Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer success role in SaaS
- Experience managing a book of business in the $2โ$3M ARR range
- Knowledge of pivot tables, data lookups, HTML, CSS, JSON
- High degree of comfort with technology, particularly analytics

- Knowledge of the CPG, Health and Beauty, or Apparel industry
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
