🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Manage apartment turnover and make-ready process
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Maintain grounds, snow removal, and community safety

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in trades or residential maintenance
• HVAC, EPA, or NAPE certification
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Leadership aptitude and supervisory experience
