You'll drive advertising revenue across Bumble's European market as the first EU-based seller, owning strategic partnerships from pitch to close. You'll shape our regional ad presence, balancing commercial growth with a member-first experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive advertising revenue by pitching and closing strategic partnerships across Europe.
• Build long-term partner relationships ensuring member-first ad experience.
• Manage inbound demand and outbound prospecting using AI-powered tools.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution with Ad Operations.
• Gather marketplace feedback to influence ad product roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced experience selling digital advertising solutions (5+ years).
• Strong understanding of European advertising ecosystem and mobile app advertising.
• Proven ability to own complex deal cycles from RFP to post-campaign analysis.
• Experience using AI to enhance prospecting, forecasting, or performance insights.
