💼 About This Role

You'll work one-on-one with a child in their home, using play to teach life skills. You'll be a play partner helping them communicate and socialize. You'll cheer every milestone with support from a BCBA mentor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use a child's favorite toys to teach communication and social skills.
• Help a child master daily routines for independence.
• Track progress and celebrate milestones with the family.
• Collaborate with a BCBA mentor for guidance.

📋 Requirements

• Completed 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma and 1+ year experience with children.
• Reliable transportation and ability to be physically active on the floor.
