You'll drive digital transformation at leading Japanese enterprises as an Enterprise Account Executive. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute strategic plans to acquire and grow enterprise accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and business leaders
  • Manage long, complex sales cycles and navigate procurement processes
  • Develop personalized solutions using account-based sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, solution engineering, and customer success teams

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in enterprise SaaS sales with large deals and long cycles
  • Experience working with C-level executives and influencing IT/business decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and procurement processes
  • Native-level Japanese with knowledge of business etiquette; fluent English reading/writing
