Description

You will own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles, particularly Sales positions (SDRs, AEs, Sales Leadership), partnering with Sales leadership to build and scale high-performing teams globally. This is a key role in bringing world-class sales talent into the business to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment for GTM/Sales roles, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven ability to source and engage both active and passive sales talent
  • Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and leadership
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to influence hiring decisions using market insights
  • Excellent communication and candidate experience focus

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM hiring from strategy to hire: lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles (SDRs, AEs, Sales Leadership) across US and UK
  • Translate business goals into clear hiring plans and search strategies
  • Partner with Sales leadership as a trusted advisor on role design, interview process, and candidate assessment
  • Build and engage high-quality talent pipelines using LinkedIn, industry communities, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience and represent ROLLER's mission and culture
