🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, manage, and develop team members.
• Manage workflow and ensure SLA adherence.
• Perform quality control and share best practices.
• Maintain trackers and reporting via Excel/SQL.

• People management experience.
• Customer service ethic in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of commercial lending pipeline management.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and TCF.
