💼 About This Role

You'll manage renewals, assumptions, and annual reviews for commercial mortgages on a dynamic portfolio management team. You'll ensure compliance with lending guidelines while delivering superior customer service and meeting retention targets. Bilingualism (French/English) is required for this hybrid role based in Toronto.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage renewals, assumptions, annual reviews, and ad-hoc requests.
• Ensure underwriting compliance with bank lending guidelines and risk appetite.
• Communicate with external partners and internal departments to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years commercial mortgage or SFR underwriting experience.
• Working knowledge of AML/ATF regulations and commercial real estate documentation.
• Post-secondary education in business or finance.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Sound technical knowledge of commercial real estate underwriting.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
