Description

In this role, you will lead interdisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges in the aerospace and defense industry. You will manage end-to-end projects for executive-level clients, identify strategic and organizational opportunities, and drive digital transformation initiatives with measurable impact in areas like ramp-up acceleration, supply chain resilience, AI, and digital collaboration.

Requirements

• Completed university degree with several years of relevant consulting or international company experience, ideally in aerospace/defense with focus on European defense market
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams with strong communication skills
• High IT affinity and enjoyment of strategic analysis and complex problem-solving
• Excellent German and English skills, flexibility and willingness to travel
