Responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations including logistics, consumer branding, and team engagement
• Interview, onboard, and train a team of Customer Advocates
• Provide feedback, conduct performance check-ins, and set development goals
• Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
• Generate and monitor reports for upper management
