💼 About This Role

You'll design and integrate mechanical and thermal systems for high-power hybrid-electric propulsion components. You'll own hardware from concept through prototype, test, and iteration. This role offers meaningful ownership and a strong growth path toward production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own mechanical design and integration of propulsion subsystems
• Drive resolution of hardware issues during prototype builds
• Create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings with GD&T
• Perform DFM/DFA trade studies for weight, cost, thermal, and reliability

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 4+ years mechanical design experience with complex systems
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (NX preferred) and production drawings with GD&T
• Hands-on experience building, testing, and troubleshooting hardware

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with propulsion or electromechanical systems
• Familiarity with rotating machinery and vibration
• Background in thermal management of high-power systems
