💼 About This Role

You'll own the financial integrity of a company at the center of the AI infrastructure boom. You'll lead accounting team through multi-entity consolidations and support capital decisions. This role underpins Giga's regulatory strategy and operational scaling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting including ASC 606 and ASC 842
• Serve as primary authority on US GAAP compliance
• Lead and develop the accounting team
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
• Manage external auditor relationships and annual audit

📋 Requirements

• CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Deep technical accounting expertise across US GAAP
• Experience managing accounting teams of 3+ people
• Experience leading annual external audit process

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure
• Familiarity with project finance structures or debt covenants
• Experience scaling finance through Series B or IPO readiness
