• Own engineering outcomes enabling the product roadmap with predictable delivery.

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and quality leaders.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering or quality.
• 5+ years in technical leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale software platforms.

• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred).
• Background in distributed systems (Linux-based environments).
• Experience with Agile, Lean, DevOps, CI/CD practices.
