πΌ About This Role
You'll join Equativ's Sales Enablement team to own the RFP process for EMEA and APAC, crafting persuasive proposals that position our AdTech platform. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating complex tech into winning narratives. This role offers a chance to shape sales strategy and drive demand-side success globally.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end RFP responses for EMEA and APAC opportunities
- Synthesize technical specs into persuasive, brand-aligned proposals
- Create sales collateral like one-pagers and decks to address gaps
- Analyze win/loss data to identify trends and provide insights
π Requirements
- Masterβs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 6+ months experience in AdTech, media agency, or brand digital department
- Native-level fluency in English and French
- Strong grasp of online advertising and programmatic technology

- Experience with CRM or RFP management software
- Familiarity with privacy regulations like GDPR
