💼 About This Role

You'll lead client engagements for a boutique MarTech consulting firm, ensuring CDP and MarTech projects deliver value. You'll translate business needs into technical steps and manage account health. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on project management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as engagement lead for key accounts, managing program health and strategy.
• Run weekly client calls to provide updates and capture next steps.
• Translate client goals into technical tasks and validate data flows.
• Maintain project plans and track deliverables via JIRA, Asana, etc.
• Drive roadmap conversations to evolve client use cases.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical account management or MarTech consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Tealium (iQ, AudienceStream, EventStream).
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with downstream activation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Comfortable with JavaScript, APIs, and data-layer logic.
