💼 About This Role

You'll own the rhythms and details that make the San Francisco office work, including facilities coordination, vendor management, and events. Your role will create an exceptional workplace experience by pairing high-touch hospitality with high-precision execution. You'll report to the Workplace Experience Manager and be a founding member of the Workplace Experience Team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute employee-facing events end-to-end.
  • Manage daily office operations and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee physical security and access workflows.
  • Support new hire onboarding and workspace setup.

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in office management or workplace operations.
  • Strong vendor management skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent organizational habits managing multiple requests.
  • Experience creating culture in a fast-changing environment.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with event production and catering coordination.
  • Familiarity with A/V and office technology systems.
  • Background in hospitality or workplace experience.

🚩 Heads Up
