You'll translate business strategies into executable program plans and ensure delivery predictability and risk mitigation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-team engineering programs.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, dependency maps, and risk registers.
• Track and report program health, metrics, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and sequencing across engineering teams.
• Support engineering planning cycles and ensure alignment with program objectives.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–12+ years of experience delivering complex technical programs in large-scale organizations.
• Strong technical fluency in system architecture, APIs/services, data flows, and SDLC/DevOps.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior leaders.
