You'll co-architect and build production AI agents with customer engineering teams, owning the technical win from pre-sales to post-deployment. Your work directly shapes how enterprises adopt and operate LangChain's agent platform at scale. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customers
• Own the technical win in pre-sales through POCs and evaluations
• Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications
• Advise on architecture, best practices, and roadmap decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, solutions engineering)
• Strong Python and JavaScript skills
• Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls
• Comfortable working directly with customers during POCs and technical evaluations

✨ Nice to Have

• Deployed AI agents in production using LangChain or LangGraph
• Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes
