You will design, build, and facilitate practical skill development for people leaders and employees, focusing on leadership, career growth, and AI upskilling. You'll own end-to-end learning experiences, collaborate with HR teams, and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience designing and delivering L&D programs
  • Experience translating data into concrete learning solutions
  • Strong facilitation skills for interactive, experiential sessions
  • Comfortable with experimentation and fast-changing environments
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Identify learning needs and skill gaps using data and feedback
  • Design and facilitate experiential, skill-based learning experiences
  • Own end-to-end learning lifecycle from discovery to reinforcement
  • Develop learning for people leader effectiveness and career development
  • Support AI upskilling and integrate AI tools into learning design
