Requirements
- 5+ years experience designing and delivering L&D programs
- Experience translating data into concrete learning solutions
- Strong facilitation skills for interactive, experiential sessions
- Comfortable with experimentation and fast-changing environments
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Identify learning needs and skill gaps using data and feedback
- Design and facilitate experiential, skill-based learning experiences
- Own end-to-end learning lifecycle from discovery to reinforcement
- Develop learning for people leader effectiveness and career development
