You'll lead a multidisciplinary team supporting R&D prototype builds and early vehicle integration for seaglider development. Your core impact is translating evolving designs into executable build plans in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You'll partner with engineering to bring first-of-their-kind concepts to reality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of electromechanical technicians on R&D builds.
• Oversee assembly and integration of complex electromechanical systems.
• Translate engineering designs into executable build plans.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions in test scenarios.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in electromechanical build, integration, or test environments.
• Strong background assembling and troubleshooting complex systems (motors, actuators, sensors).
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, low-process, or R&D-driven environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office for planning and tracking.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC credential.
• Certification in IPC-A-610 or IPC/WHMA-A-620.
