💼 About This Role

You'll manage construction billing and AIA progress billings for a growing organization. You'll ensure cash flow health and maintain strong client relationships through accurate invoicing and collections.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and submit AIA G702/G703 progress billings
• Monitor aging reports and manage collections
• Resolve billing discrepancies with project managers and clients
• Track lien waivers and ensure project documentation compliance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience in construction
• Direct experience with AIA progress billing (G702/G703)
• Understanding of retainage and change orders
• Professional experience managing collections

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Viewpoint)
• Experience with public sector or bonded project billing
• Strong Excel proficiency
