Description

You will lead daily production activities in a manufacturing work center to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets. You'll supervise team leads and operators, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with other departments to ensure readiness. This role requires 100% onsite presence in Jacksonville, Florida.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
• 3-7 years of manufacturing experience, including 1+ years in leadership
• Experience with takt time, standard work, visual management, and daily tier meetings
• Proficiency in basic digital tools (ERP, Excel, production dashboards)
• Strong people leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Team Leads and Operators
• Monitor and track performance against key metrics (output, defects, rework, attendance, downtime)
• Coordinate with Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance for work center readiness
• Enforce safety protocols, 5S practices, and standard work
