Description

You will lead and develop a high-performing team in India to deliver world-class shared services, driving process improvements and operational efficiencies as part of a new Centre of Excellence. You'll work closely with the broader FinOps India leadership team and be an active member of the global finance leadership team.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance preferred
• 15+ years experience in shared services operations, with 10+ years leadership
• Strong understanding of shared services operations and process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Experience in change management and driving adoption of new processes and technologies

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting operations, ensuring timely delivery and SLAs
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric mindset
