🎯 What You'll Do

• Craft coffee and serve customers with warmth and efficiency
• Train new employees on recipes, processes, and uniform standards
• Open and close the location safely and manage cleaning duties
• Resolve minor customer issues positively and solution-focused

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in customer service leadership
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability for 30-40 hours/week including weekends
