Description

You will solve complex issues impacting provider credentialing, act as a subject matter expert, work cross-functionally, track and trend issues, and support process improvements. This role reports to the Manager, Provider Credentialing and is fully remote.

Requirements

• 1+ years credentialing experience for facilities, adhering to NCQA standards
• 2+ years previous work experience in a fast-paced volume-based environment
• 2+ years strong quantitative or analytical skills
• Experience working in health insurance
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Support, manage, or escalate complex credentialing issues
• Manage internal and external escalated transactions and communicate for resolution
• Act as point person for stakeholders to improve feedback loops and trend issues
• Manage queue work and assigned caseload through dashboard management
• Collaborate daily with production and credentialing leaders on systemic issues
