💼 About This Role

You'll support KKR Insurance's $80B real estate portfolio, focusing on asset setup and lifecycle management for commercial mortgages, residential mortgages, and real estate equity. You'll collaborate with deal teams, legal, tax, finance, and third-party servicers to ensure smooth operations. This role offers exposure to complex asset structures and process automation initiatives at a leading global investment firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up new securities and structured transactions on investment management platforms.
• Set up SPVs and facilitate internal securitization of asset cashflows.
• Manage ongoing asset lifecycle (principal/interest, paydowns, coupon updates).
• Review cash and asset movement across custody and trust accounts.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years in investment operations, ideally middle office or transaction-facing.
• Prior experience in private credit or equity deal funding.
• Knowledge of credit investments, particularly bank loans or real estate.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Edge, Geneva, or LMS platforms.
• Experience with loan servicers or third-party asset managers.
