You'll join Hawthorne Residential Partners as a Maintenance Technician III, handling complex work orders and mentoring junior techs. You'll lead preventative maintenance efforts and ensure apartment communities are well-maintained. This role offers a clear path to grow into a Maintenance Supervisor position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely manner
• Restore vacant apartments to make-ready status
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to maintenance team

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trade
• EPA HVAC certification
• Valid Driver's License

• CPO certification
