🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a global team of risk specialists.
• Execute underwriting, fraud prevention, and merchant monitoring.
• Leverage AI tools and analytics to enhance risk decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Compliance teams.

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in risk management in payments or acquiring.
• Experience leading risk execution in high-growth, multi-market environments.
• Proven experience managing global teams of 5+ FTE.
• Deep understanding of merchant acquiring and payment flows.
